Over the past 20 years, we have successfully completed numerous projects, consistently delivering high-quality work.

ALI DILSHAD
CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
ALI DILSHAD first arrived in Mongolia in 1996, joining ABB to contribute to the reconstruction of the 3rd Power Plant. He has been living and working in Mongolia permanently since 2000. With over 20 years of experience working for international companies and local projects, Ali has trained numerous Mongolian welders and fabricators, introducing ASME standards through his professional expertise and dedication. In 2021, Ali Dilshad was appointed CEO of Saade Construction LLC, as the company reorganized to implement an international quality management system.
BEK MIR
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
BEK MIR - Experienced professional with extensive expertise in strategy development, operations, and cross-functional project management with a proven track record in managing projects in the mining and energy sectors. He holds a master’s degree in Operational Management from The University of Salford (Manchester, UK), a master’s degree in Strategic Management from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (Moscow, Russia), and an MBA from London Business School (London, UK).
SEVJID J.
LEGAL ADVISOR
SEVJID.J graduated from the National University of Mongolia’s School of Law with a degree in International Law. She is expertized in private international law, business law, taxation, corporate law, legal analysis (DDR), investment law including civil, industrial, mining and construction projects.
J. Sevjid is a 100% shareholder of Saade Construction LLC. Since March 2021, she has initiated and successfully completed the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in the company.
DULAMSUREN N.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
DULAMSUREN.N, FINANCE DIRECTOR Starting her career as an accountant at Saade Construction LLC, Dulamsuren N has been working in the finance department of Saade for over ten years. Currently she is the finance director and responsible for financial planning, cashflow and finance management of the company.
She is graduated from the NUM, with master’s degree in finance & BA and University of Humanities, with bachelor’s degree in English language studies.
ERDENESAIKHAN B.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
ERDENESAIKHAN B. completed his bachelor's degree at ICBM and his MBA at UNVA.
He has considerable experience in supply chain business management. An expert in his field, effectively leads various mining and construction project activities.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Saade Construction LLC organized a donation event on October 12, 2022, with the support of the Honorary Consul of Pakistan to Mongolia, in response to the devastating floods in Pakistan. Saade Construction collaborates with the local community where we operate, supporting activities for the elderly and children every year. Additionally, Saade Construction participated in a charity campaign to repair temporary shelters and build fences for individuals needing police protection.
- In recognition of our contributions, Saade Construction was recognized as the Best Taxpayer Organization by the National Tax Agency in 2006, 2008, and 2012.
